Comments: Doctor Palumbo took care of me when I pulverized my wrist (yes pulverized not just broken) 10 years ago and I have not had any issues. Now I’m coming back for a non-related issue and he has the same staff that was here 10 years ago. That speaks volumes to the internal culture of this organization. He listens well and does NOT try to push you in any specific direction. He lays out the options and I feel he tends to think surgery as a last resort approach.
